The White River watershed provides diverse opportunities for school students to learn important academic skills and benefit their communities through service learning. Here are a few resources to get you started.

Service Learning

Monitoring the White River Program

In spring 2010, the WRP received a Wellborn Ecology Fund grant to initiate a school-based river monitoring program for 12 towns in Vermont’s White River watershed. Follow the links below to learn more about this exciting new opportunity for watershed educators:
